E-Found® Foundation Solution
E-Found®, our patented foundation solution, utilises both Geotechnical and Environmental experience gained from many years of engineering previously unsuitable soils within the construction industry.
E-Found is an alternative foundation solution developed in-house to provide a cost and time effective solution for poor soils. It has the ability, in many cases, to eliminate the need for more costly and problematic solutions such as driven or augered piles, deep pad foundations and the expensive off siting of contaminated arisings from contaminated sites.
E-Found® uses synergies from two processes, soil stabilisation and Rolling Dynamic Compaction which have historically been considered to be competing technologies. Both processes have the capability to improve the ground bearing characteristics of soils but in very different ways. Soil stabilisation process improves the soil strength so that more dynamic force can be applied, thereby increasing the compaction effect.
